Rabobank is the market leader in mortgages in the Netherlands. It goes without saying that the orientation tool, the first thing users will experience, is of great importance to the bank. I had the honour to redesign this tool.

Collecting user data (continuous)
A number of core values that are reflected in the mortgage orientation tool is that it must be very simple for all users (experienced and inexperienced) to get results quickly. We also want to explain how certain subjects work or why the bank needs certain information. This is important with a complex subject like this because you also want users to understand how a mortgage works.
Of course this wasn’t a one man show. Together with a great team of product owners, developers, designers and marketing folks we made a great tool to use and where we can be proud of the coming years.
