When your offer on your (dream) house has been accepted by the sellers, it is time to celebrate. But also time to prepare your mortgage. Rabobank aims to be able to offer this 100% independently in the near future. It was my job to design this tool.

Collecting user data (continuous)
The core focus of this tool is to help users prepare for their new mortgage. After your offer on your new home has been accepted, you will receive an invitation from your personal mortgage advisor. By dividing all information into a number of themes, we keep it manageable for the user, and we can provide sufficient information to make a mortgage understandable. After you have used this tool, you can discuss and conclude all data with your mortgage advisor. The tool is also future-proof because with a number of small additions you can also take out a mortgage without an advisor. The team will be working on this in the near future. For a bank of Rabobank's stature, this is a major milestone.
